When you're ready to book, you'll be sent a proposal that will allow you to review the details, sign a contract, and pay the retainer. Once that’s all taken care of, you’ll be set up with a client portal for easy, one-stop access to all things session-related.
Now begins the important work of getting to know you so I can choose a location and provide styling assistance tailored to you. You will be set up with a client portal that is convenient, one-stop access to all things session-related: notes, questionnaires, invoices, galleries, client guides, and more.
You and I have an open line of communication from the moment you reach out. I aim to make this process as easy as possible and will be available to help you with everything from choosing the perfect outfits to creating wall art.
3. PRE-SESSION COMMUNICATION
Your lifestyle session will be relaxed and comfortable. My newborn sessions are family-focused and baby-led, meaning baby will be in your arms for the vast majority of the time. He/she will only be on their own for a few quick moments while I grab some solo shots before being placed back in the comfort of your arms. Detail shots of hands, feet, etc. are taken during that time as well as while baby is held, so in the event your little one isn't happy without being snuggled up close to you, we will still be able to capture those sweet toes and pouty little lips.
4. let's shoot!
You will be sent a proofing gallery within two weeks of your session from which you will choose your favorites. I will then put the final touches on your chosen photos and send the link to your high resolution download, along with an image handling guide so you know exactly how to download and store your digital images as well as shop for your product. Your gallery will remain active for one month after delivery, allowing you plenty of time to share with family and decide on any purchases.

Courtney is simply amazing! I am always so nervous about photos as I have a rowdy crew of boys. Courtney is quick and great with kids! Both sessions (family and newborn/family) with her have produced amazing phots that I will cherish forever! I also love that she gives guidance about wardrobe and other small details of the photo shoots! Highly recommend!
